Annual support is the means by which the value of your investment is maintained. In addition to basic “hotline” desktop support for problems encountered, you are entitled to regular product upgrades as appropriate. This not only allows for occasional “bug fixes” but also for product development. In general, these releases are free of charge to support subscribers.

Hotline desktop support from YBP is available during normal office hours. Hotline support is not a substitute for training.

Because support and maintenance is viewed as of fundamental importance, the implementing of a support contract is a requirement of Sage to be taken with all products of this level to protect your investment.

Resolving software implementation and data problems remotely or on site depending on the nature and urgency of the situation

Any Annual Licence charges

Annual site visit for maintenance and updates incorporating feature enhancements and legislative changes (chargeable)

Our Remote Support Service provides invaluable benefits to our clients. Within minutes of contacting Your Business Partners, a member of staff is able to remotely log on to your PC and resolve most issues quickly and efficiently.

This service is chargeable for clients without a current support contact.

This service is charged at £95 + VAT per hour and is charged per 30 minutes or part of.

Clients who do not have a current support contract will be charged per connection.
